The rollercoaster of puberty

During puberty, our body and mind encounter a whole array of changes. In this guided tour, your guide will explain in a playful but scientific way what sexuality means for the human body and how human reproduction works. DNA, boy or girl, menstrual cycle and hormones are some of the topics that will come up. You will learn about daily hygiene, contraception and all the other novelties that come with puberty. But alongside all this biological talk, we will also evoke social skills like self-determination, consent and respect.
